Mango & Lime Turkey

What you need to get
- 1 tray VeeTee Long Grain Rice
- 2 turkey steaks, whole
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 fresh lime
- 1 cm fresh ginger, finely minced
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
What you need to do
- Pre-heat your grill to a medium-high heat.
- Grate the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice into a bowl, along with the garlic, ginger and the mango chutney.
- Add the turkey steaks to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Grill each turkey steak on one side for 3-4 minutes. Turn each steak over, spoon over any remaining lime juices then grill for another 3-4 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
- Serve immediately with the rice.
