Mango & Lime Turkey

What you need to get


  • 1 tray VeeTee Long Grain Rice

  • 2 turkey steaks, whole

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 fresh lime

  • 1 cm fresh ginger, finely minced

  • 2 tbsp mango chutney


What you need to do


  1. Pre-heat your grill to a medium-high heat.

  2. Grate the zest of a lime and squeeze the juice into a bowl, along with the garlic, ginger and the mango chutney.

  3. Add the turkey steaks to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

  4. Grill each turkey steak on one side for 3-4 minutes. Turn each steak over, spoon over any remaining lime juices then grill for another 3-4 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.

  5. Serve immediately with the rice.
