Shipping and Returns



Orders placed at are only delivered to the UK.


We charge £3.99 for postage and packaging when you order a single rice 6 pack. If you order more than one 6 pack, we’ll ship your rice for free. We also offer free delivery on 2 or more packs when you subscribe to our rice club.

All our rice is delivered in packs of 6. You can order 1 single flavour or you can mix and match to create your own variety 6 pack.


It’s simple. Go to our online store and select the rice type you’d like (or mix and match to select the flavours you’d like to receive), and decide whether you want to make a one off purchase or subscribe to regular rice deliveries.  Then add your rice to your basket and head to the checkout. If you’re subscribing to regular rice deliveries, you’ll need to create an account before you buy (this means you can log in at any time and manage your subscription).

Subscription orders can be delivered every fortnight or on a monthly basis – you decide. You can amend this at any time through the ‘manage subscription’ link when you log into your account. Your card will not be charged until your rice is ready to be dispatched. You will receive a new email confirmation for each delivery letting you know your card has been charged, and that your rice is on the way.


If you wish to cancel an order once you have placed it, you will need to do so within 60 minutes. You can do this by emailing and including your order number and ‘please cancel before dispatch’ in the subject line. If we do not receive your email within 1 hour of receiving your order it will be too late to cancel and your rice will be dispatched.

If you wish to return your order once you have received it you can do so within 14 days. Goods must be returned to us in the originally delivered condition. You will need to pay the cost of return postage, unless there is something wrong with your order. When we have received your returned goods, we will issue a refund.

You must email with your order number and to let us know why you will be returning your item, or include an accompanying note within your returned package with this same information.

VeeTee will refund the cost of return shipping of a faulty product. All faulty returns should be sent via the cheapest postage option. If you choose a more expensive method, you will need to pay the difference.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but can take up to 15 days to appear back in your account.


If you have subscribed to regular rice deliveries, the cancellation/return/refund policy outlined above still applies.

You must create an account in order to manage your subscription. This will allow you to change your order, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription after placing an order, the cancellation will only apply to subsequent ongoing deliveries. It will not affect the order you have just placed. If you wish to cancel this order, you must follow the process outlined above.

There’s no commitment with our subscription service. Simply log in to your account and select the ‘manage subscription link’ to cancel. If you want to skip a delivery or cancel your subscription entirely, just make sure you do so by 5pm the day before your order is due to dispatch. Otherwise, you will be charged for the order and the cancellation/amendment will apply to queued order(s) after this date.


This will display on screen when you complete a purchase and will be in the order confirmation email you receive.


We ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our rice to you (depending on the size of your order). If we send your order by DPD, you’ll receive a tracking code and you should receive your rice the next day following dispatch. Someone will need to be around to sign for your package.

If we send your order via Royal Mail, you won’t get a code and it won’t need to be signed for. However, as the package won’t fit through your letterbox, we’d recommend supplying an address where you know someone will be in to receive it. If no-one is in to receive your rice then your postman will leave a card to let you know they’ve called and you’ll be able to collect the package from your local sorting office.

We make every effort to make sure your rice gets to you as quickly as possible but in the rare event your order doesn’t turn up, check your tracking information (if you’ve been issued with any) or email us at and we’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible.


The product you buy direct from will have a minimum shelf life of 4 months.
