Avocado Sesame Stick Onigiri

Onigiri is easy to make and there are many variations. These could be the perfect appetizer for a potluck, or any kind of party, or on-the-go meal/snack! These are even easier to make than traditional onigiri because you don’t need to “nigiru”, just wrap it up!
What you need to get
1 package VeeTee Long Grain Rice
1/2 small-medium Avocado, peeled and seeded
3/4 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Bonito flakes (Katsuo-bushi) (if available)
Salt to taste
What you need to do
1. Cook rice following by the package directions.
2. Mash avocado coarsely in a large bowl. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame seeds and bonito flakes (if you use) to the bowl. Mix until combined.
3. Divide the rice mixture among 4 stick onigiri.
4. Place plastic wrap (about 12 x 7-inch) on a work surface. Put 1 of rice mixture on the lower side of the wrap. Fold bottom and roll it up. Twist both right and left sides tightly to close like making a candy. Tie both sides with ribbons if you like. Repeat this with the rest of rice mixture to make 3 more stick onigiri.
