Finance Business Partner

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an aspiring Finance Business Partner to prepare management accounting information for Veetee Inc Ltd (USA) and Ireland and to support the Finance Manager with an objective to help the Business take timely actions for improvement in performance.

Responsibilities:

Complete month/year end closure:

• P&L finalisation

• Balance sheet review

• Analysis of overhead expenses

• Tax filing

• Cash flow

• Provision working

• Monthly Commission report

BP/ Latest estimates: Partner with the Finance Manager to finalise:

• P&L

• Balance sheet

• Cashflow

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting:

• Group Sales Dashboard

• Group Inventory dashboard

Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Manage sundry companies:

• Monthly/Yearly closure

• VAT return

• Bank Coorditon

Any other reasonable duties associated with the role or projects assigned to meet the overall objectives of the role.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role and working in a manufacturing-based company would be adavantageous.

• ACCA and/or CIMA qualified.

• A degree or equivalent within a Finance related subject would be desirable.

• Excellent overall IT experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.

• Can work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• Good multitasking and organisational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.

• Positive, pro-active attitude.

• Willing to learn and develop.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday - Office based
