Customer Services Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a new apprentice to join our Customer Services team to support with the day to day responsibilities of the department. This is great opportunity to start your career in Customer Services as you will learn valuable business skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification.
Using Shopify and DPD to download and fulfil orders and create postage labels.
Physically packing and labelling online sales for shipping.
Ensuring Shopify is kept up to date and turning lines off as required.
Update our in-house ERP system and post transactions to keep stock levels accurate (order entry, allocation, picking 35).
Physical stock takes and quality checks.
Checking of invoices from DPD for orders sent and requesting credits for any errors or damage claims.
Responding to customers requesting order updates, enquiries, and complaints.
Managing multiple email boxes.
Processing sample orders and cash sales.
General Customer Service & administration duties as and when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade A-C (4-9) or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail.
Punctual and reliable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner.
Motivated and strong desire to learn and develop.
Positive and pro-active attitude.
Monday to Friday, Office based
