Cooking Instructions:
On the Hob:
1. Rinse 75g (3oz) rice per person and add 250ml of cold water
into a large saucepan.
2. Add salt if desired, bring to the boil stir once and cover.
Reduce heat and simmer gently until all the water is absorbed
(20-22 minutes).
3. Fluff with a fork and serve.
In the Microwave:
- Rinse 75g (3oz) rice per person and 250ml of cold water into a
large microwaveable container. Add salt if desired.
- Cover and vent. Cook on full power (650w) for 18 minutes and
leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
