Rice (40%), Carrots (12%), Tomatoes (9%), Potatoes (8%), Onions (7%), Curd (7%), Refined Sunflower Oil (4.5%), Green Peas (4%), White Vinegar, French Beans, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Spices (Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Fennel Powder, Cardamom Powder, Red Chilli Powder), Mint Leaves, Cumin Seeds.

Cooking Instructions:

On the Hob:

  1. Submerge pouch in boiling water. 
  2. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from water. tear open and serve immediately.

In the Microwave:

  1. Tear 2cm opening where indicated.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave, tear open and serve immedately. 

When cooking from chilled, microwave on full power for 2 minutes.  Remove, stir and continue cooking for a further minute.  Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.  Check product is hot throughout before serving.
