Ingredients:

Potatoes (30%), Spinach (25%), Onions (18%), Tomatoes (10%), Cream (4%), Refined Sunflower Oil (3%), Butter (3%), Salt (2%), Garlic (2%), Ginger (2%), Gram Flour, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds.

Cooking Instructions:

On the Hob:

  1. Submerge pouch in boiling water. 
  2. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from water. tear open and serve immediately.

In the Microwave:

  1. Tear 2cm opening where indicated.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave, tear open and serve immedately. 

When cooking from chilled, microwave on full power for 2 minutes.  Remove, stir and continue cooking for a further minute.  Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.  Check product is hot throughout before serving.
