Water (47%), Tomatoes (19%), Black Lentils (Urad Whole) (16%), Butter (6%), Cream (3%), Refined Sunflower Oil (2%), Red Kidney Beans (2%), Split Bengal Gram (2%), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Spices (Cumin Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Red Chilli Powder), Green Chillies.

Cooking Instructions:

On the Hob:

  1. Submerge pouch in boiling water. 
  2. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from water. tear open and serve immediately.

In the Microwave:

  1. Tear 2cm opening where indicated.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave, tear open and serve immedately. 

When cooking from chilled, microwave on full power for 2 minutes.  Remove, stir and continue cooking for a further minute.  Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. 

Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.  Check product is hot throughout before serving.
